William T. “Bill” Sebesta is an experienced and accomplished trial lawyer whose practice emphasizes insurance subrogation.  He has broad experience in large-loss subrogation, fire cause and origin litigation, products liability litigation, construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, and insurance coverage/bad faith matters.

Mr. Sebesta is a native Houstonian.  He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting.  Mr. Sebesta received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1992.  He now maintains an insurance-related docket that is active across Texas and throughout the United States.
