Shawn R. Redman has over seventeen years of civil litigation experience representing clients in a broad array of matters involving personal injury defense, premises liability, products liability, contract and business disputes, creditors’ rights, subrogation, insurance bad faith litigation, and labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Doyen Sebesta, Mr. Redman opened and managed the Texas office of a regional creditors’ rights law firm where he represented several national banks and was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of cases exceeding $33 million annually. Mr. Redman also served as the firm’s lead trial and appellate attorney for the state of Texas.
Mr. Redman is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Redman earned his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in 1997, and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans – School of Law in 2001. While at Loyola University, Mr. Redman completed a comparative law studies program at the University of Vienna School of Law in Vienna, Austria. Mr. Redman is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, the State of Louisiana, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Mr. Redman resides in Katy, Texas, with his wife, Rachel, and three children, Caroline, Logan and Avery Grace.
